I think the biggest mistake is confusing running with racing. You don’t have to go fast with running. Often starting out at your walking pace will make all the difference. And our game allows you a 17 minute mile pace, so feel free to slow it down! You’ll learn to love running so much more when you can breathe 🤣🤣
