Okay I'm clearly out of my league here because you guys are all, look at my million miles and I did them in ten minutes or less each! And I'm over here just trying not to die. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ ....but for real. So. Give me some tips here on improving my speed and anything else please! If I remember my knee brace..... it's slightly easier. But. That's all I got.

What is everyone else signing up for next? I would like a week off (to run whatever I want), but I also kind of want to do another one of these 10k challenges. Pushes me to go a little bit farther than the challenges that are just 30 minutes 4x/week. Unfortunately, the next 10k one starts on Monday, May 11. It starts out with lower mileage, so it probably wonโ€™t be too bad to go straight into it.
