Ugh! I ran on the treadmill today but accidentally hit the stop button twice which cleared the display before I could take a picture of it! I'm just glad that the minimum pace is 18:00 mph so I was able to do a 30 minute speed walk immediately after my run.

Ran my faster 5k ever today. Got 34th out of 97 people with a total time of 23:58 minutes. Doesn't count for this so today for me was a "rest day" but I'm very proud of myself!
