I would love to know the science behind running 4 miles for a 5k run bet- is it to get a faster time on the 5k?

I just finished the 2.5 mile run but RunBet says I still need to do that run. I did everything as usual. The week ist over in like 40 minutes. :(

Yesterday I needed to do 2 miles. I did 2 miles under 15min/mile then took it easy for two more miles. Why didn’t the first two miles count?

This group is awfully quiet. Is this your first RunBet? Took a month off and trying to get back on track. Love RunBet for its motivation.
