I didn’t like any of the options available on runbet—I want to keep running and this was such a great motivator!! I’ve asked to create a running for cardio part two--a four wrek bet, increasing duration to 60 minutes by the last week. I’m hoping to get it started by Saturday!! I’ll post a link if and when it happens....

We are on vacation and I ran down a mountain and back up. It was my largest elevation climb - 778 feet and I started at 9,500 feet above sea level. I’ve already finished my 4 runs for the week so I just wanted to share with you guys because I’m really proud of myself! 😁 I would have NEVER been able to do this 6 weeks ago! 🙌🏼

Saw an interesting cemetary in Darwin on my run today. It had mixed white and Chinese graves, with most burials being ca. 1925.

Really enjoying this challenge and have now signed up for a 10k. I’d love another group to keep me accountable. I’m not seeing anything in the runbeta list but maybe I’m not seeing everything?
