PLEASE HELP!!!! So last year I had a bout with plantar fasciitis, it took about 6 months to heal. Irritated it again about a week ago. So the question is any ideas for treatment? Obviously rest is not an option. Currently doing stretches and ice packs.

Ugh! If I need to stop for 30 seconds at the end of my run to talk with my kid’s teacher but I still make under 18-minute miles for 30 minutes, it should count!

What’s the payout like for past games? I’m hoping we make some profit from this game!

Yesterday I ran with Strava. I have an injury and normally speed walk and make it at 17-17:30. Yesterday. I messed up with picking my child up and actually ran back home to get her, averaging a 10 minute mile on the way home. I didn’t have 30 minutes at that point, but waited the 5 minutes and then stopped the app. Strava recorded it as 30 minutes and I thought I was good. I killed my back and really DID NOT want to do it this way, but I had to talk with the people watching my kid. Does this really not count? This seems totally unfair.
