Nothing like last minute buzzed jog to finish the week,, procrastination got me this week,, after an 8 hour day at work today, friends had bbq and beer,, I indulged knowing I had to go home and get 20 minutes done, not recommended to have tri-tip and several beers before a jog but I actually trained for this for years... used to jog home from the bar instead of driving buzzed, that was many years ago but today reminded me of my college days lol, week 1complete

Took my son, 6, with me for 22 minutes yesterday, he’s been on a couple runs with me now, been asking for a while to join me, he did good! Forgot to get a photo while we were out but here the little bugger is.

If you are running outdoors do you have to launch the app (Asics) through the RunBet app first? My run isn't loading from the morning.

I just picked up my „10k app“ after a year :D I couldn‘t start from the point I stopped that time but it wasn‘t as bad as I had expected... now to really reach those 10k💪🏼

Nothing like waiting until the last minute!! I see about 20 other people (including myself) that have 3 runs to go and only 3 days left this week. Ugh ok motivation its time to kick in... only 15 mins??? I can handle that! Here’s to getting back into the running routine!
