Join sisters Lauren and Alyssa for this BEGINNERS game, where you will make running part of our routine and encourage each other along! In this 4 week game, you will run 30 min, 4 times a week. Minimum pace is 18min/mile.
Run Your Heart Out With Picktritionist - $100 CASH PRIZES
Increase your cardiovascular endurance with increasing run lengths! Start week 1 with 4, 30 minute runs, and finish week 4 with 4, 45 min runs! Minimum pace: 18 min/mile. Weekly challenges with $25 as prizes!!
Make Running a Habit
Build your stamina to make running a habit. Designed for first-time runners, this 4 week game starts with a half mile run and gradually intensifies.
Get set for your next 5K. This 6 week game gradually increases your distances to get you ready for the race.
Ramp for a 10k. If you're a current runner, this 6 week game will assist in increasing distance and endurance so that you're race-ready.
Running for Fitness
